Ce nouveau club rassemble plusieurs fois par mois des Ni\u00e7ois passionn\u00e9s de course \u00e0 pied.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est 18h30 devant le magasin Quatorze Running. Les baskets sont serr\u00e9es, les montres sont d\u00e9clench\u00e9es, la sortie peut commencer. Cinq kilom\u00e8tres au bord de mer, sans chrono ni podium, juste le plaisir de courir et de tester les chaussures du partenaire du jour. Ce soir, la marque qui accompagne nos mordus du bitume est Asics. Mike Reymond, coach du club se joint \u00e0 la balade sportive. L\u2019occasion aussi de tirer profit de quelques conseils de professionnels. Cette communaut\u00e9, fond\u00e9e par Elsa Verine, veut casser les codes habituels du running. \u00ab Je propose des \u00e9v\u00e9nements avec des acteurs de la r\u00e9gion, pour mettre en avant la gastronomie locale \u00bb, explique-t-elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Apr\u00e8s l\u2019effort, place au r\u00e9confort. Le club s\u2019associe \u00e0 FITME, un fast-food ni\u00e7ois pas comme les autres, il propose des plats sains et gourmands : wraps, salades prot\u00e9in\u00e9es et jus vitamin\u00e9s. Le tout servi dans une ambiance festive, anim\u00e9e par un DJ set mit en place en collaboration avec Sport &amp; Dance. \u00ab Ce sont toujours des \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui se passent bien \u00bb, confie le g\u00e9rant de Quatorze Running.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00ab C\u2019est plus qu\u2019un simple club \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Le Run Eat Club, c\u2019est bien plus qu\u2019une simple sortie sportive. La g\u00e9rante veut cr\u00e9er une communaut\u00e9 soud\u00e9e, o\u00f9 chacun trouve la motivation d\u2019enfiler ses baskets. \u00ab On sait que c\u2019est parfois difficile de se motiver \u00e0 aller courir seul. Quand on est plusieurs, on ne peut pas refuser. Et puis c\u2019est surtout plus sympa \u00bb, sourit-elle.<br>La fondatrice voit d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus loin. Son projet : organiser des retraites running sur l\u2019ensemble de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur. Le principe ?
